About NIELIT
National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology (NIELIT) an Autonomous Scientific Society under the administrative control of Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology, Govt.of India, was set up to carry out Human Resource Development and related activities in the area of Information, Electronics & Communications Technology (IECT). NIELIT is engaged both in Formal & Non-Formal Education in the area of IECT besides development of industry-oriented quality education and training programmes in the state-of-the-art areas.NIELIT has endeavoured to establish standards to be the country’s premier institution for Examination, Certification in the field of IECT.Over the last two decades, NIELIT has acquired very good expertise in IT training, through its wide repertoire of causes, ranging from ‘O’ Level (Foundation), ‘A’ Level (Advance Diploma), ‘B’ Level (MCA equivalent), ‘C’ Level (M-Tech level), IT literacy courses-long term and short term courses on Information Security, ITeS-BPO, Computer Hardware Maintenance, Bio-Informatics, ESDM etc, besides, high end courses offered by NIELIT Centres at Post-Graduate level (M.Tech) in Electronics Design & Technology, Embedded Systems etc. in association with the respective state Universities.

About the Conference : NICEDT-2024
NICEDT-2024: NIELIT's International Conference on Communication, Electronics and Digital Technologies

NIELIT’s International Conference on Communication, Electronics and Digital Technologies -NICEDT-2024, is the 2nd International level conference to be organized by the National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT) on 16-17th February 2024 at Guwahati, Assam, India. This conference will cater recent research and development in Information, Electronics and Communication Technology, and allied areas. The international conference targets a wide range of audience and participants from across the globe covering Researchers, Academicians, Industry Professionals and enthusiastic students.
Papers are invited through 8 tracks viz [1] Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Big Data, Data Analytics; [2] Cyber Security & Forensic, Network and Mobile Security; [3] Advanced Computing- Cloud Computing & Quantum Computing; [4] VLSI & Semiconductors, Electronics System, IoT, Edge Computing, AI. [5] Blockchain and Software Technology; [6] Digital Technologies for Future/ Biotechnology; [7] Assistive Technology for Divyangjan (People with disabilities); [8] Strategy for Digital Skilling for building a global Future Ready workforce.
This two days conference will focus on sharing the finding of research and development in IECT and related areas. It will be an ideal platform for Industry Professionals, Researchers and Academicians from all over the Globe to share their views and present their findings under different tracks. The event will be organized at Guwahati, Assam, India and the event venue will be updated on due time.

About NICEDT-2023: The 1st International Conference organized by NIELIT on Feb, 2023
NIELIT’s International Conference on Communication, Electronics and Digital Technologies (NICEDT-2023), organized by the National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT), was held on 10-11 February 2023, New Delhi at Dr. Ambedkar International Centre, Janpath, New Delhi, India. The conference was organized around recent research and development in Information, Electronics and Communication Technology, and allied areas.
There were 8 tracks [1] Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Big Data, Data Analytics; [2] Cyber Security & Forensic, Network and Mobile Security; [3] Advanced Computing- Cloud Computing & Quantum Computing; [4] VLSI & Semiconductors, Electronics System, IoT, Edge Computing, AI. [5] Blockchain and Software Technology; [6] Digital Technologies for Future/ Biotechnology; [7] Assistive Technology for Divyangjan (People with disabilities); [8] Strategy for Digital Skilling for building a global Future Ready workforce. Total 68 papers were selected for oral presentation during the conference and all authors have presented their papers in the conference. Out of these 68 papers, 48 best papers were selected for publication in the prestigious Springer’s “Lecture notes in Networks and Systems” with the title “Proceedings of the NIELIT’s International Conference on Communication, Electronics and Digital Technology” along with 2 papers from plenary or keynote in the interest of the youth researchers.
We witnessed participants from several G20 countries, top Industries and most Indian universities. The first day of the conference was proceed as follows:-

The second event day, held on 11 Feb 2023, was a Special G20 Event: International Conference on Digital Skilling, a preparatory event for the G20 Presidency Year. The agenda was to strategize the skilling and upscaling of a Global Future-Ready Workforce in Electronics & Information Technology. The events of the day were structured into three-panel discussions, which were chaired as well as addressed by field experts from different nations-[1] Framework for mutual recognition of Skills, [2] Digital Skills for All, [3] Advanced and Emerging Skills.
The inaugural ceremony, as well as the different sessions of NICE-DT-2023, were attended by and addressed by eminent personalities from the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India (GOI), higher officials of large government bodies, officials of National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT), dynamic researchers from different nations, industry experts, policymakers as well as reputed academicians. The Second day was proceed as follows:-
